Backed by two of the world’s biggest brands, Esso and Mobil, ROC is bringing forecourt retailing into the 21st century. Today’s customers are short on time and know exactly what they want: convenience, a choice of appetising fresh foods and quality products, and, of course, service with a smile.

From barista-prepared coffee to hunger-busting hot snacks, the morning’s newspaper to the weekend’s lottery ticket, our On the Run and Snack & Shop stores provide customers with what they want, when they want it: that’s fantastic choice and fast, fresh and friendly service.

Thanks to ambitious expansion, we’ve grown considerably – but our plans don’t end there. Now we’re concentrating on delighting the customer, by providing excellent customer service and continually improving our standards. This approach and the huge investment we’ve already made in our UK stores, has helped our exciting new On the Run store format make quite an impression - and not just with our people and customers. Complete with On the Run café, one of our sites won the coveted Best Motorway Site at the Forecourt Trader of the Year Awards 2009 and another won Best Soft Drinks Outlet. To top it all off we walked away with Best Oil Company Initiative for our ROC UK Safety in Action initiative. Mind you, it’s not just petrol and products that make a ROC store special – it’s the people.
