How the scheme will benefit you
This is the chance to gain a nationally recognised qualification that can turn your job into a career – and have fun while doing it.
Vocational qualifications are important. They tell your boss and potential future employers that you know how to do your job and you’re willing to learn new things – great qualities to have as you develop your career. They’re certainly qualities we look for at ROC.
Everyone’s different and everyone wants to get different things from their qualification. So you won’t be pushed into doing anything you don’t want to. Quite the opposite, in fact – it’s all about what you want.
We want you to take things at your own pace and challenge yourself. We know you can do it; we see it every day in store – so why not get a qualification while you’re working? It’s crazy not to!
What next.......
Applying couldn’t be easier, once you are clear you have met the criteria for joining, just tell your Store Manager you are interested and then Protocol will call you to arrange an induction and initial assessment.
Criteria for joining:
- 3 months service with the company
- Completed Workbook and be signed off as Sales Adviser level 2.
- No disciplinary or performance management process pending
Also

(Unfortunately, the scheme’s not yet available in Ireland or Scotland, but that’s something we’re planning on looking into in the near future.)
So, to recap why it’s worth your while applying:
- There are no fees, either now or in the future
- You keep earning normally while you’re learning
