ROC’s Assistant Store Managers enjoy some of the most comprehensive, supportive training and development in the forecourt retail sector. As well as on-the-job training from your Store Manager, you’ll gain new skills and qualifications.

We offer off-site training, helping you to gain a personal alcohol licence (for alcohol sales), food hygiene certification, and qualifications in CORS Retail Assessment Tool (CRAT), Assist (the store scheduling tool for employee worked hours), Retail Site Operations Initative (RSOI), Audit and Labour Hour Management, HR Training, Food Service Management, and Communication Skills.
