We have developed a package that includes a competitive level of basic pay that can be topped up by a generous bonus if your store flourishes. At ROC, we pay you a generous and competitive salary compared with other retail jobs. And you can top your salary up with sales incentives too – if you encourage customers to buy products and hit targets, you’ll get an additional thank you bonus of up to £150 in your pay packet in the UK, or €180 in Ireland, per month.

Flexible shifts to cover our 24/7 opening hours – so work whenever suits you – and if you’re after a career in retail, there are opportunities for training, development and progression – you can even work towards NVQs.
