Welcome to the ROC Star Screener – the tool that helps us decide whether you’ll suit a ROC Sales Advisor job.
Who can use it?
This tool is for applicants who’ve started the application process and met the in-store team. Once you’ve registered or logged back in, you can get to work on the ROC Star Screener, and see if you’re the perfect fit for our retail jobs.
What do you need?
The PIN number the in-store team provided you with, and plenty of common sense. That’s it! Remember that you’ll need to answer every question marked with an asterix (* sign).
What to expect
The screener is fun and fast – it should take you no more than 15 minutes. It’s designed to show us that you’ll fit into the team – there are no ‘wrong’ answers, just different ways of doing things. So make yourself a brew, log in, and show your star quality!
