As you can see, your career journey doesn’t end with ROC; it starts with ROC. After all, we know a thing or two about fast-moving journeys.

Whether you join us as a Sales Adviser or a Store Manager, our commitment to your professional development is the same: we’ll give you the support and development you need to get where you want to be. Of course, the best people to talk about training and development are the people who’ve been there, done it and got the promotion.

Take Lina, who joined us as a Sales Adviser. Having cut her teeth and proved herself as a very capable and confident adviser, she was soon promoted to the role of Supervisor.

After further training, both on-the-job and in-the-classroom, Lina was promoted to Assistant Store Manager at one of our flagship On the Run stores. Then there was no stopping her: Lina became a Store Manager just two years later.

Mind you, Lina’s not alone. Duncan joined ROC as a Store Manager back in 2006. Two years later, Duncan was promoted to a Recruitment & Employment Specialist role. Duncan has now risen further up the ranks, promoted to the role of Territory Manager in 2010.

And that’s the one of the benefits of joining us here at ROC: whatever level you’re at, whatever your level of skills and experience, there are many promotions to aim for: from Sales Adviser to Supervisor to Store Manager to Territory Manager and beyond!
