Positive and proactive, you’ll work with the Store Manager to grow and develop the store. Innovative and creative in your thinking, you will identify and suggest areas for improvement.
Assistant Store Managers
As well as a starting salary between £16,288 - £19,071, benefits include a performance-related bonus scheme (up to 22% of salary), eligibility for the Group Personal Pension Plan and 31 days paid holiday (including bank and public holidays). Your holiday allowance will rise further with service up to a maximum of 33 days.
Supervisors
As one of our Supervisors, you’ll earn a starting rate of £7.39 - £7.73 per hour with the chance to earn up to an extra £1,800 every year as part of ROC’s performance-related bonus scheme. You’ll also be eligible for either the Group Personal Pension Plan or the ROC Stakeholder Pension Plan and 28 days holiday (including bank and public holidays).
