Like ROC, your passion for customer service is clear for all to see. As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will lead, motivate and inspire your store team. You’ll be a role model for colleagues. You’ll be on hand to support and advise them, passing on your retail knowledge and experience and helping the team to exceed its store targets.

You don’t just talk about superb customer service; you live and breathe it. Whether it’s a helping hand for a customer, or a word of advice for a colleague, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Positive and proactive, you’ll work with the Store Manager to grow and develop the store. Innovative and creative in your thinking, you will identify and suggest areas for improvement.

The starting salary for a Supervisor is £14,435; for an Assistant Store Manager, £17,056. Both roles, however have additional benefits, including a performance-related bonus scheme, a contributory pension and 24 days' paid holiday (including bank and public holidays).
