Whether you’ve recently graduated, are approaching graduation or graduated some time ago, waiting around for your career to take off isn’t really an option. Fortunately, ours is an exciting, fast-moving and ever-evolving retail business – which means your career will be, too.

Ultimately, you want to run your own ROC store. Joining our Graduate Store Management scheme, we’ll equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence you need.

Getting you where you want to be

To get you started, we’ll send you off on a 6-8 week training course, preparing you for store management. To say it’s comprehensive would be an understatement: combining classroom sessions with on-the-job in-store experience, you will spend time with experienced Store Managers, learning the ins-and-outs of retail management from the experts.

Once you’ve successfully completed the programme, you will be appointed to the role of Assistant Store Manager.

If you’re joining us as a graduate, there are additional development opportunities, including three modules of management development provided by an external training provider.

The rewards

Highly competitive with a starting salary of £21,000. You can also look forward to a performance related bonus (of up to 20%), a contributory pension scheme and, of course, plenty of career development opportunities.
