Store Managers

For Store Managers, think natural leaders. As someone who understands the importance of delivering fast, fresh and friendly service to each and every customer, you will run a flourishing retail business.

Similar store management experience isn’t the be-all-and-end-all, but your background should be retail customer service. Indeed, your passion for delivering superlative service should be infectious.

With an enviable range of knowledge and talents, from confident communication skills to an inclusive, supportive management style, you thrive on accountability and responsibility. You have the maturity and sensitivity to respond to a variety of relationships and situations, be it with customers, staff or third parties such as maintenance contractors, local authorities and suppliers.

You’re a team player who’ll work tirelessly to develop your team. You’re a role model and believe in leading by example. Passionate about fast, fresh and friendly service and spurred on by performance targets and the execution of a well-laid plan, you will champion and deliver the highest standards of customer service, safety and business efficiency, 24 hours a day.
